If you are not using a bill guide when using one of these machines, then the bills are likely not being fed into the machine at the right place causing bill feed errors. Mis-fed bills is one of the most common reasons the machine will jam up and/or stop and display errors such as: "Check Note", "Chain", or "Double". Using a bill guide is not optional as even a brand new machine will produce the same results if operated without using one. This product will ensure that the bills are fed into the machine at exactly the right angle and placement.
