RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is very straight forward: We will only accept returns for refund due to a 'change of heart', 'no longer needed', or 'do not want' for 30 calendar days from the original order date, "Return Period". We will not accept returns for a refund after the Return Period.  All returns for a refund will be subject to the following reduction(s):   i) a 20% restocking charge and; ii) the cost of outbound shipping and insurance on the original order if it included 'Free Shipping' and; iii) the cost to replace any accessory shipped with the product but not returned (Power Cable, Top Hopper, Manuals, etc).   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with all accessories originally included when received. Item must be repacked and shipped also be in the original box and include all original packing materials.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ocmoneycounters.com.

90 Day Limited Warranty 
Every item sold on our site includes 90 day Limited Warranty which covers 100% parts and 100% labor which starts on the order date. We will either repair or replace items at our option if they are found to be defective during the 90 Warranty Period. If you need warranty service, send us an email at sales@ocmoneycounters.com so we can help you troubleshoot the issue and if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us for warranty service. 

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us so we can provide you with the return shipping address and issue an RMA number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not process a refund for items not received.
