Nearly every JetScan issue traces back to the failure of one or more of the serviceable maintenance parts. If any of these describe your problem, one of our service bundles is almost certainly what it needs.
Your display keeps throwing CHAIN, DOUBLE or CHECK NOTE and you have to restart the count over and over.
The machine jams every few straps, or bills are crinkled, ripped or torn as they feed through the machine.
Good bills keep flagging as counterfeit. Dirty sensors and drifting calibration are the usual culprits — both are covered here.
Metal-on-metal grinding or a high-pitch squeal almost always means failed bearings or other component is worn.
It still runs, but it hasn't been serviced in years. Get it handled during your slow season instead of risking it going down during your busy one.
The build up of money dirt blocks the sensors causing the machine to malfunction, miscount and throw errors.
Find your machine below. Every bundle covers the same work end to end — only the price and the part list change with the model. All of it is backed by a 120-day parts and labor warranty, with shipping paid both ways on any warranty work.

No surprise invoices. If we open your machine and find a major component failing — drive motor, read head, IR or mag sensor, power supply — we stop and call you first. In our experience, fewer than 1 in 40 machines need anything beyond the standard part bundle and recalibration.
We sell fully reconditioned JetScan counters that go through this exact rebuild before they ship, with a warranty on every machine. Single-pocket, two-pocket, and the Made-in-USA top hopper bill guide.
Call 833-JETSCAN or send the form below with your model number and symptoms to get the process started.
We send you detailed instructions for preparing and packing the machine so it travels safely. Follow them closely and nothing gets damaged in transit.
The machine goes on the bench for a complete diagnostic. Then we call you with exactly what's wrong and what it costs to fix for approval — before any work starts.
Complete teardown, cleaning, new transport parts, then full testing and recalibration to Cummins factory specification.
We email an invoice for you to pay online and ship it back within 24 hours of payment.
Pack it properly — we'll tell you exactly how. Most shipping damage comes from skipped void fill. Follow the instructions we send and your machine arrives safe. On the way back, we pack it professionally and guarantee it arrives in one piece.
We've been eBay's #1 seller of fully reconditioned Cummins Allison money counters for 12 straight years. Here's what buyers say.
“Packaged very well. Unit powered up and worked as expected. Description was spot on — I plan to buy more from Justin and OC Counters. A++++ seller.”
“Great communication, fast shipping, item as described! A+++++”
“Awesome seller. Item exceeded my expectations. Thanks!”
“Great communication. Super-fast shipping. Bill counter looks and work great.”
It depends on your machine. 1-pocket models start at $250, 2-pocket at $400, iFX i100 series at $300 and iFX i200 series at $500 — each plus the parts actually used. The multi-pocket iFX i400 series is quoted per machine, since it ships in anything from 3 to 9 pockets.
Those prices cover the labor for the full service bundle. You pay separately only for the parts your machine genuinely needs, plus return shipping.
We complete the service and ship your machine back within 3 business days of receiving it. Total door-to-door time is your shipping time to us, plus those 3 business days, plus return shipping — weekends and holidays excluded.
Go by the model number on your machine. Single-pocket JetScan and JetCount units (4020 through 4068ES) take the 1-Pocket bundle. Two-pocket machines (4096 through 4099) take the 2-Pocket bundle — it's the same work plus the extra transport bearings and shaft rollers a second pocket adds.
The newer iFX scanners have their own bundles: i100 series for single-pocket, i200 series for two-pocket, and the i400 series for the 3-to-9-pocket sorters — that last one is quoted per machine because of the range of configurations. If you're not sure which you have, call with the model number and we'll tell you in a minute.
Yes. Both services carry a 120-day warranty covering parts and labor.
If anything covered by that warranty needs attention inside the 120 days, we pay the shipping both ways — you don't pay freight to send it back to us, and you don't pay to get it home again.
The service bundles are built for single-pocket JetScan and JetCount models: 4020, 4021, 4022, 4062, 4062ES, 4065, 4065ES, 4068 and 4068ES.
Two-pocket machines — 4096, 4096ES, 4098, 4098ES and 4099 — and the iFX i100, iFX i200 and multi-pocket iFX i400 series each have their own bundle above. For anything not listed, call 833-JETSCAN with your model number and we'll quote it.
You ship it to us, and we ship it back. We service machines for customers across the country, so this is the normal way it works. Send the form above and we’ll email you the shipping address along with step-by-step packing instructions.
If you're shipping, we'll send you detailed instructions for preparing and packing the machine. Please follow them closely: we can't be responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or missing void fill on the way to us. On the return trip we pack it professionally and guarantee it arrives safely.
We stop and call you before doing any work. If a non-serviceable is failing — main or stacker drive motor, upper or lower read head, IR sensor, mag sensor or power supply — we'll walk you through the options and the cost of replacing it.
You can approve the additional part and have us finish the rebuild, or decline and have the machine shipped back after paying 50% of the service cost for the diagnostic work plus return shipping. In practice, fewer than 1 in 40 machines need anything beyond the standard part bundle and recalibration.
Usually, yes — but expect that something beyond the standard bundle is involved. It can be as minor as a $22 on/off switch or a sensor, or as serious as a motherboard failure. Call us with the model number and what the display shows and we'll tell you what we're likely looking at.
This service isn't intended for machines that have been severely neglected or abused — stored outside in extreme heat or cold, left in the weather, or exposed to or submerged in water. We can often still help with a machine in that condition, so contact us before shipping if you're unsure.
Cummins Allison machines are exceptionally well built, and a rebuild costs a fraction of a new unit. We've serviced or rebuilt more than 12,000 Cummins currency counters since 2009 — the overwhelming majority come back to full working order on the standard part bundle alone.
Call with your model number and what the machine is doing, and we'll tell you exactly which service it needs — usually in one short conversation.
